the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was efficient. i found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and spacious, it provided everything i needed for a restful night. i also appreciated the ease of transport from the airport thanks to the hotel booth there.
the check-in process took a little longer than expected (even though the staff were friendly).

the staff was very helpful. the rooftop terrace was pleasant. i was happy with the fitness center and used it daily. i arranged a city tour using one of their cars with a driver and the service was excellent. i found him to be a great tour guide.

i stayed here after a serengeti trip. the bathroom was dirty. the door swipe card did not work eight times. the poolside bar was cold even though it should have been heated for the cost of the room
